I know its great an all to find a lot of Staff Members to help the game. But do you really need to recruit someone everytime they say they can do something?
I personally do not like how yall pretty much see someone who does something and is all "Want to join the staff?"
I've seen that around places and to be honest I can't stand it.
Like I said, its nice to have a big staff but it ends up to annoy me. It makes me feel as if I'm just being used just for my one job.
As well as keeping up with all the staff members. Heres how I feel. I feel like I'm needed if there is a less staff.
If theres like 10 staff members It would make me lose my motivation overall as if I'm being used.
Well first off it's not like I have 10 staff members that all do the same thing... 2 Coders(Need) 1 Mapper (Need) 2 Turf Artist(Need) Building Maker (Need) Someone to make bijuu's (Need) Jutsu Iconners (Need) Clothing and hair(Need)
I know we have a big staff but most of the stuff that is needed can not be made by the people that can make stuff that is good, like I have Shen who makes great turfs but cant multi tile, so we use him for turfs and he makes jutsu's We have him as a 2 for 1, Delly is a GFX artist thats just said and done, Dinner and Malphas make multi tiled jutsu's and NoTe is part time sorta and can make multi tiled bijuu's like the Shukaku and you Punisher make the buildings, me and menzu make what we have to that the staff cant do and stuff we need right away, I dont have a big staff cause I think it's cool, because the bigger the staff the more work I have to do, I'm the one that has to get all the icons and give them to Menzu, transfer messages from menzu to iconner and exchange all of the stuff, tell what to do while doing my job for the game and living my life. Trust me a small staff would be way easier for me and thats what I would want but we need the people not because they just know how to icon but they each contribute to the game...
I do that, and people like you Punisher who do big builds I let you do your big builds because thats what we need, we dont need you getting sidetracked
Im just gonna step in here and ask why your sticking your nose in a bit further then it needs to be Punisher... We appreciate your work, but as one of the original four Staff members... Well your kinda stepping on our toes.... So lets just drop this now...
