akatsuki:they can use holograms,but this jutsu takes up chakra...ALOT!and how this be used is like this....u pick a person and ur hologram gets teleported there,u can either make it invicible to make it sneeky,OR u can make it camoflague it self somewhere till someone suspects it and then it gets revealed.
