Looks:Vespir has long flowing dark blue hair to his shoulders accompanied by light crimson eyes. He wears a large dark red scarf of which goes down to his knees. Under that he wears an open light yellow vest with two pockets on both sides and four metal rings near the zipper. Under his vest he wears a red T-shirt. Finally under the T-shirt he wears a long sleeved black shirt. On his right wrist he wears a buckle bracelet made of light grey leather. He wears tight black pants which tuck into he light yellow boots which match his vest and shirt with the yellow and red color scheme, these are secured with a light grey buckle on each boot.

A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.

After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique Character Use: General Skill Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the NinjaAcademy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Special moves: Vespir has no special moves but relies on his wits and speed to out do his opponent(s). He will use what jutsus he know to his advantage and will try to defeat his opponent to the best of his skill.
Brief Summary of Character: Vespir is a fairly simple person he has no great intent to become a Kage or to avenge his family or to find the love of his life. He trains with his full attention and every intent to do his best. Vespir intends to complete his ninja training and become a jounin.
History: Born into the Sageretsu clan of the Village Hidden under the Dragonfly he was pampered from birth until he was seven when his father died in battle. From birth Vespir had an easy life and had not a care in the world but, once his father had died he gained a new agenda. Adjusting to his fathers death was not as hard on Vespir as it was his mother. His mother was traumatized and isolated herself and gave Vespir little to no attention. Realizing he must care for himself at such an early age he adjusted to life and trained his ninja skills will 100% effort. He intended to become a great ninja and to care for himself threw his ninja skills. He lived alone with his mother from his fathers death to the age of 12 when his mother died to natural causes. After his mothers death he was sent to the HiddenMistVillage where he was to join the ninja academy and become a ninja. For two years he studied vigorously and with strenuous intent to become a genin as soon as possible. He continued his training and was lead to where we find him today.
