i chose the second choice (dont know why more people didnt) the thing i dont like about the third one is that if gm's arent on, then theres no chuunins, i dont see a problem with gennins being 15 minutes and chuunins being 2 hours, i think that the time for that is fine and that gm's dont need to do that (also because its easier on the gm's)...the first choice was ok but i thought that 15 mintutes on a gennin exam would be more appropriate because retaking a test over and over again after you fail it is kinda wierd, this is the same thing but atleast its not as often also if people were to take the gennin test and repeatedly fail it, that would be a lot of spam
well if ur gonna host chuunin and genin,give staff members that power,u guys r rarely online and people wont stop asking about"when u guys r coming on"plus,we need GM will the power reboot,summon and teleport,yesterday,some dude got stuck somewhere and wouldnt stop asking us staff yo summon him...its was really annoying.=(
So either give staff back their tele and summon powers,or atleast make GM's...plus,every 15 minutes is gonna bother me...its gonna say"Genin has begun"and blah blah blah,i hate it hwen it does that,but if u guys voted it...then i dont mind. >.>
i agree nash...come to think of it,a chuunin should be twice a week,but menzu and chewyy will be too lazy to come on and do it,plus other people have different time zones so it will be kinda hard for them now wont it?that is why im saying either make GM's with those powers,or give powers to staff...or just ignore what i said and do it what u like.
but think about it, if chuunin exams were twice a week what would happen to the gennin. I mean it looks great, but if your a gennin you would hate it. Your jutsus come with rank so you cant get any good jutsus, your stuck with horrible jutsus. You cant advance in anything but levels. What if you are busy the day there is a chuunin exam? you would have to wait a long time for another one, and waiting so long, without being able to get anything good besides stats, people would quit the game out of boredom and go to another game. I dont think people would want to wait an entire week without being able to progress in anything but level and stats.

Well this what i would say,train hard before chuunins and win, i know that jutsu's come with rank but in the end,strength is all that matters other wise u wont be able to win anything and if that person is busy on that day then tough,they have to wait.On the other hand it seems to be harsh, so i really do not know,i cant think of anything else.

well, chuunin exams may come down to luck. Idk, i havent trained much, so this might not be true, but when i did a chuunin exam that menzu hosted on like one of the 1st days, we lined up it was like a tournament. I was first and i had to fight cereal killah, idk what lvl he was, but i was only lvl 3. We faced opposite ends, and Menzu counted down. I just moved down, turned left and killed him with katon g, which took about 1.5 seconds, and he didnt even have a chance to move. if you can kill people in like 1 hit, stat training might not help too much and it comes down to whoever gets the 1st hit.

also vary true since most jutsu kills you in 1 hit....then there will be no need to stat train.
