Training: the basics log, water, mountain, and target. Then to increase taijutsu attacks even greater have Pull ups. Have a pull up bar to do pull ups.
Proffesions: Kinjutsu Proffesion: Talk to orochimaru. Learn moves like Edo tensai, Fushi Tensei, and Souja Sousai no Jutsu. Genjutsu Proffesion: Talk to Kurenei. Learn moves like Flower Petal Escape, Nehan Shouja no Jutsu, and Jubaku Satsu. Crafting Proffesion: Talk to a crafter. Make Kunais, Needles, Swords, and more. Use rocks that you find laying around. Sword Proffesion: Talk to Zabuza. NO JUTSUS FOUND YET.
Abilitites: Suimen Hokou no Waza: Learned right after passing genin exam. This ability is the ability to walk on water.
Missions: D: Weeds, Find Tora the cat, and pick up trash by the river. C: Protect bridge builder B: Kill missing ninja hiding in desert of wind country. A: Find hidden sound, and return sasuke. S: Kill orochimaru, Kill akatsuki leader (as strong as a bijuu)
Kages are able to let missing ninjas into there villages.
i don't like the village switching idea bucase there can be ppl who make deals with the kage and join like all the villages and have all the jutsus i don't like that idea. Water walking is auto i think. And that sensei thing your doing i'm not sure about that either.

We are having swimming, so water walking will have to be activated... You will be able to leave village and join another one but you can not learn the new villages jutsu's or the villages you left after you left
Yah we'll probably make a thing like a Who button but for missing nin or just have a list be made and in everyones Bingo book that missing nin is added online or offline but if they are not online for 3 days they get taken off and if they come back put back on
