Hmmm, i agree with Menzu but the idea is good, remember to leave little spatters of water behind where it passes ... D: and make it look more shining on the hiughlights in contrast with the outlines. For the rest i like it.
Now thats like one of the best water dragons jutsu's i've seen lol. Nice Pwnstar. But it more looks like ice then water mainly because of how you done the color. but still ownage XD. Chewy's is cool too.
Oh i made a litle dragon .. it's in beta 1 form for now but i could make it go more smoothly and stuff.. so it really looks like water :D:D anyways give me your opinions on it
