This is why we aren't adding those in, for one THERE NOT F***ING CLANS! Two, you can get there jutsu's by being a non-clan and learning from the sensei you want to. Our sensei system will be like this:
Kakashi: Chidori, if non-clan Raikiri, Habataku Chidori, Juin Chidori, Kuyichoiche(Dog)

Jiaryia: Rasengan, if non-clan Oodama Rasengan, Shuri Rasengan, (Element) Rasengan, Kuyichoiche(Frog)

Gai: Gates 1-3, if non-clan Gates 1-8, Kuyichoiche(Turtle)

no i don't mean if you want to be in their clan i meant that if you want to learn their jutsu. do we just do the same thing you said.

umm another question about the non-clan. how many sensei can you have at the same time for example let say you're a puppeteer that mastered and learned all of his jutsus or skil can you get another sensei ?

First of all.... medics are not a clan! they are just people who learned to heal people there is no clan there so you pretty much lost on that one... also gaara and naruto are non clans... the bijuu supplies chakra it doesn't make them learn moves they learn the moves on their own the bijuu just helps when their performing it so they are non clans with moves that are specificlly for them. On another note if you only got clans that are blood line clans then the game will get boring very fast... and having a clan that is just non clan? that doesn't even make sense... even if you they can learn from senseis they will be the most limited clan and no one will want to be them. Just make it like non-clan gaara with moves that you only see gaara know since no one else even can do gaaras jutsus... and non-clan uzumaki with moves that you only see naruto do such as naruto rendan and tajuu kage bunshin... you see no one else in the show do these moves because they are specificlly for those people and you don't just pick them up along the way ALSO NARUTO LEARNS TO DO RASENGAN ON HIS OWN YOU HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT KYUU HELPED HIM THE ENTIRE TIME SO THAT JUST BULL SH*T

Kyuubi didnt help naruto at all. The only thing that could possibly be considered helping naruto is giving him a massive amount of chakra that he could use anywhere. Naruto never asked for kyuubis chakra to do anything except for that one rasegan when he was fighting sasuke in valley of the end in broke an arm. Naruto usually uses kyuubis chakra for taijutsu or summoning gamabunta. I havent seen naruto use kyuubi for any of his moves other than those.

I dont know, kyuubi didnt really help develop any jutsus, just helped him when he was in a pinch
maybe make it if you get kyuubi you can get fuuton rasengan/rasenganshuriken since naruto used kyuubis chakra to help develop it
