Maybe they only have to be chuunin and under req for the last 6 gates. But my random chance idea makes it really risky because u ur tai exp doesnt go down. So it will be harder to get ur tai back.

and also When a lee is traped in a genjutsu they can still move and attack.
Like when lee got knocked out by that guy with the electric swords. He was fighting while unconsious. the down side to this is he cant use any Jutsu.but u can do normal attacks. This is important to give Lees a chance against the Uchiha clan.

New subvillage-Hidden flower village- they get flower shuriken jutsu-Throws 3 shuriken made of flowers that explode when they hit anything. The second jutsu throws a shuriken that follows ur opponet and explodes on impact. The final jutsu Launches Flowers into the air then making them come down and explode. (It can be iconed very similar to the Kaguya 5th Dance)

Short idea on Rasengan:

How one should get Rasengan : First you have to be Jiraiya's student, after you've mastered the Summon technique he'll say:"Do you want to learn an attack that is even stronger than the Chidori?" You'll get the option yes and No >_>.. When you say no he'll say Too bad, you could have got a lot of girls with this jutsu .... You'll get the option again, Are you sure you do NOT want to learn this jutsu? If you say no he'll say too bad... when you say yes he'll axplain how it works, he shall give you a water balloon and tells you to come back when you've mastered it. ! you have recieved the water balloons !..... now you can practise with those, after you have tried it 100 times you'll have 1 balloon left, after which you''ll not be able to try it again, ( when you click the balloon it says " better save this one, just in case... " Now you aren't able to learn the technique unless you can find the Cat NPC that is somewhere on the map in a house... The cat will be playing with a water balloon and it snaps, when you right click the cat you'll get the options Look at the cat closely" when you do this the cat will play again and again the balloon shall explode :P... After which you'll get a question. WHY did the baloon explode? with 3 answers :
1, The water in the balloon get really warm bacause of friction,thus melting the balloon.
2, The water kept on moving in different directions, the balloon couldn't stretch that much.
3, The cat had really sharp nails....
If you got the answer wrong ... well you'll never be able to learn it, however if you get it right, the next time you'll taljk to jiraiya he says : Well done, you have mastered it.

Hidden Star Village -

Far far away hidden by the dangerous ( filled with poison ) valley lies the Hidden star Village o.o .. now we had that intro lets start on my ideas :D.

The star village can only be entered if you survive the poison valley,
The poison cloud surounding star village hides a huge labyrinth, only those who make it out in time get a mask to walk around freely in the poison cloud without dying,

About the poison cloud, The poison cloud once you enter the labyrinth starts to eat away your live by percentages, 1 step = 0,5% health reduced, So one person has 200 steps to get out of the labyrinth.

About the Labyrinth,In the labyrinth you can't see anything, it's just one big cloud of poison, some of them are walkthrough and some of them are'n't ( the walls -_-)

So you somehow made it you made it into the village ! but what now !?! Well the first person to become a member of the star village will recieve HoshiKage ( Hoshi means star ). The HoshiKage will act just as any other Kage, but he wont be able start wars or anything, however the HoshiKage can recieve missions from other countries.

Ninja's in Hidden star meditate next to the meteorite to gain huge amounts of chakra for a while ( till they die ), ofcourse this is a double edged thingy, it should go as followed : Meditate = chakra *1.2 for every 5 seconds after five seconds you will be asked if you want to continue, when you say yes you can do the again when you say no you'll stop absorbing it's chakra, HOWEVER when you say yes there is a 33,33% chance that you'll die and will have to start over, one can endlessly say yes but when he dies he loses all of the gained chakra.

Jutsu's, Well ofcourse all the pea**** jutsu's will be added, but those have been explained a lot already so i wont explain those, However there will be a special way to learn them.

To learn a Pea**** move you'll need a lot of luck. you see you can only learn one after you survived a set amount of rounds of meditating in a row.

So 1 round is no jutsu.. but when you enter round three for the first time you'll learn the first jutsu.. and so on,Those who are lucky and persistant might be able to get their ultimate jutsu..
