You could put in a item called tracker bug, that gives you the cordinates of someone on the map, and you would keep it until you go on the persons screen, in a episode on naruto, they were tryng to get a special bug to get sasuskes scent and lead them to him. I forgots its name >.>. I know it was very rare and found only in one place so you can make it like, only found in a dungeon if you have one. This item will allow ppl other than hyuuga and aburames to track people, it could help akat try to steal a bijuu.
