Chewyy, i made a kaguya and it pwns everyone, most of the strongest people are kaguya, thy have a dance that costs chakra that causes people to hit themselves! Plus all there other dances cost stamina so that chakra cost is worthless. The Fourth Dance has no recharge so you macro it to where you click once and it does it 4 times in a split second and you would be able to take down anyone with that. There is almost no weakness the kaguya has, they dont have to be close range because of the fourth dance, i think every other tai clan has to be right next to them, and the fourth dance can even hit more than one person, it pwns. You need to make it weaker, because its super powerful and makes all the other clans look weak.
edit- Also if your not convinced think about this. The Second Dance is 1 square away. There is also a jutsu in sand that is 1 square away. The Second Dance on my kaguya with 31 strength hits 7 and it hits 10 times, so that makes it 70 damage. On my other file, The sand jutsu hits 1 square away, and my file has 43 nin and it hist 63 damage. I bet it also costs more chakra than the second dance costs in stamina. Now who would want to use that if it costs chakra, and chakra is harder to get than stamina, and it also hits less even though you have less stats in it? I know i wouldnt. So that would make that jutsu kinda useless to a kaguya. Who would want to use chakra for a move like that when you can hit more with your second dance, and use your chakra to protect you using the 3rd dance.

wait till you see the 5th dance XD Dinner made it =D And we are making it extremely hard to learn these moves and if you think about it 70 damage is not alot... The HP is just weird right now
Almost everything will be nerfed, I didnt know how high the damages would be when I made the jutsu's, but I can own any kaguya with almost any clan. Since I know the shiz, i've mastered it XD The only clan I like cant own a kaguya with is nara, I suck ballz with nara's.

I bet none of you could come close to beat the kaguya i made before it went missing in the load files... Insert Lvl 2000 40k stamina 1k chakra Hits 4.8k with 4th dance.
Also if you guys ever did make a charactr lvl 2000, the only thing i would have to do is macro fourth dance to hit around 8 times to kill you, considering that i would be able to do 177 dances, i wouldnt always need to hit you :D Also if all the dances cost stamina, and the only dance that costs chakra is the 3rd dance, then chakra is almost useless. You can use it then not care if it takes all your chakra because none of your dances cost chakra but that one.

now that i c wat a kaguya is capable of i must say the 3rd dance shouldnt reflect damage it should be like a sheild and u take like 1/2 the damage of the attack
